Job summary

UGL, part of the CIMIC Group, is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support major infrastructure opportunities. The role focuses on coordinating bid submissions, maintaining centralized bid documentation, and assisting delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

With 5+ years in a similar role within engineering or construction, you will leverage SAP and Excel to streamline processes, manage deadlines, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Bid Coordinator or related role within an engineering or construction management environment.
• Strong SAP and Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of bid submissions, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain a centralized bid documentation repository with proper version control.
• Provide administrative assistance to the project delivery team and ensure documentation complies with contractual obligations.
• Support project schedules by tracking milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Compile reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and progress updates.
• Oversee submission, review, and approval workflows for project documentation including budgets and schedules.
