Job summary

Geosurv is seeking a sharp BID Coordinator who thrives on organisation and wants to play a genuine role in helping us win new opportunities. You will take ownership of the bid coordination process, help manage our pipeline of opportunities and work closely with our operational and senior leadership teams to turn opportunities into successful projects.

You will coordinate end-to-end tender submissions and manage the opportunity pipeline across Locating & Mapping and Investigations & Maintenance,

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating bids and tenders.
• Experience in construction, civil infrastructure, utilities, or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end tender and bid submissions on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain and manage bid pipeline and deadlines.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Project Managers for compelling submissions.
• Coordinate technical, operational, financial and compliance data for tenders.
• Manage tender portals and registrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve bidding processes.
