Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in bid coordination, strong SAP/Excel skills, and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across engineering/construction projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Bid Coordinator or related role within engineering/construction.
• Strong SAP, Excel and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of bid submissions and ensure tender compliance.
• Maintain centralized bid documentation repository with version control.
• Provide admin support to project delivery teams and track milestones.
• Support procurement during bid phase by organizing bid packages.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, and resource allocation during delivery.
• Facilitate communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on performance, contracts, progress.
