Job summary

Weir Minerals Asia Pacific is seeking an Inventory Planner to drive planning and execution across APAC, starting with Australia. You will forecast demand, set inventory parameters, and manage stock movements across multiple warehouses, partnering with supply chain, procurement and finance to optimize service levels and working capital.

This role requires advanced Excel, SAP ERP experience, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to travel for training and site support.

Qualifications

5+ years in inventory or supply planning within multi-site environments.
Advanced Excel skills for planning and reporting.
Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems for inventory management.
Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Execute inventory planning across APAC, starting in Australia, balancing service, working capital and operations.
Prepare forecasts, maintain inventory parameters, and manage stock movements across warehouses.
Collaborate with supply chain, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, sales and finance to optimize parameters.
Lead continuous improvement of inventory processes, data quality and governance.
