Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety is seeking a Hybrid Full-time Supply Planner to align supply plans with demand forecasts and drive cost-effective inventory levels. You will work closely with Sourcing to resolve variances, manage POs, and support stock availability across the portfolio.

The role involves reviewing forecasts, ensuring timely PO placement, and contributing to continual process improvements in inventory management and supplier coordination within the Melbourne region.

Responsibilities

• Supply planning review and forecasting to meet demand and inventory KPI targets.
• Place and validate purchase orders, ensuring supplier capacity, lead times, pricing and MOQs.
• Monitor stock position and flow to support inventory performance and stock availability.
• Support key supplier relationships and data management with the Sourcing team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes for the portfolio.
