Job summary

Hager Australia & New Zealand is seeking an analytical and proactive Supply & Inventory Planner to drive operational excellence across Australia and New Zealand. You will develop and manage supply and inventory plans to optimise stock levels, service levels, and inventory investment, collaborating with local and international stakeholders and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning or S&OP.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation ability.
• Experience with planning processes and reporting tools.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply and inventory plans to optimise stock levels and service outcomes.
• Monitor inventory performance, analyse trends, and prevent shortages/excess inventory.
• Coordinate international shipments, local purchasing, and stock transfers.
• Prepare and maintain supply chain reports to support decisions.
• Own and maintain master data for the portfolio with data integrity.
