Weir Minerals Australia Limited is seeking a Senior Inventory Planner to drive APAC inventory planning and governance in a hybrid Sydney role. You will balance service levels with working capital, run forecasts, and manage stock movements across multiple warehouses while collaborating with supply chain, procurement, and finance teams.

Hybrid setup in Sydney with training across sites, applying advanced Excel and SAP ERP skills, and contributing to continuous improvement and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• 5 years in inventory or supply planning in multi-site settings.
• Advanced Excel for planning and reporting.
• Experience with SAP ERP/MRP in inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret data and make autonomous decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory planning across APAC, starting in Australia.
• Balance customer service, working capital, and operations.
• Prepare forecasts and manage stock movement across warehouses.
• Travel between Artarmon HQ and Eastern Creek distribution centre for training and support.
• Collaborate with supply chain, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and finance to maintain inventory parameters.
• Lead continuous improvement and governance initiatives.
• Support governance reviews and coach planners.
• Maintain a safe, zero-harm culture.
