Job summary

CyberCX in Melbourne is seeking a Manager - Strategy & Consulting to lead project teams of Strategy & Consulting specialists and act as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's largest organisations.

You will provide direction to consultants, build client trust through clear communication, and demonstrate excellence in planning and execution while contributing deep cyber security knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security advisory and strategic planning.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional engagement teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers' business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning,
• Manage relationships with customers including account planning and development of key relationships to lead to follow-on work,
• Manage engagement teams, including scoping, work plan development, and project management,
• Plan resources for major product implementation and strategic proposals,
• Identify opportunities and present findings to executives,
• Foster cross-practice collaboration and drive value across CyberCX teams,
• Coach and develop Strategy & Consulting teams toward higher performance,
• Create a culture of empowerment and accountability through engagement and coaching.
