Job summary

BlueScope is seeking an Account Manager for the Wangara, WA sales team. You will nurture and grow relationships with key customers and identify new opportunities to drive profitable revenue, supported by industry experts as you develop sales strategies designed to ensure revenue growth.

You will implement a targeted call plan, conduct face-to-face meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Nurture, grow and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and influence customers.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen partnerships with existing customers and identify new opportunities within the Perth Metro commercial segment.
• Implement a purposeful call planning cycle and face-to-face client meetings to develop profitable business.
• Maintain customer and sales activity using Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Undertake price maintenance activities and database management.
