• Manage an established portfolio of customers in the Perth metro area.
• Develop relationships and understand customer needs for steel and aluminium solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and grow new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong customer service.
• Maintain customer activity and opportunities in the CRM.
• Develop account plans and sales strategies.
• Learn pricing, commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Stay up-to-date with market activity and opportunities.
