Job summary

BlueScope Distribution in Kewdale is seeking an Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with customers across the Perth metropolitan area. You will understand customer needs and help businesses find the right steel and aluminium solutions while growing existing accounts and pursuing new opportunities.

You will work with an experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service, using CRM to track activity and develop account plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of customers across the Perth metropolitan area, developing relationships and understanding customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support new business growth within your territory.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure CRM activity is up to date.
• Develop account plans and sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Learn pricing, commercial discussions and negotiations with customers.
• Keep abreast of market activity and customer opportunities.
