BlueScope Steel Limited is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager - SEQ to join the Building Markets Team at the Acacia Ridge site in Queensland. You will manage key customer relationships across the Southeast Queensland region, delivering value through COLORBOND and TRUECORE products, and driving profitable growth.

You will develop account strategies, work with internal teams and channel partners, and push opportunities to deepen customer engagement while achieving revenue and market-share

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and managing strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Proactive account management with ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer and market drivers.
• Ability to navigate complex sales channels and engage stakeholders.
• Capability to develop tailored value propositions from market insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Covering the region and working with iconic products COLORBOND® and TRUECORE®.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers across SEQ.
• Develop understanding of customer needs, market activity and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase product usage.
• Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver customer value.
• Deliver profitability and sales targets including volume, EBIT and market share.
