Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management is essential.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships across sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of loyal existing clients
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and understand workforce needs
• Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and sound decision making
• Recruit high volumes of candidates within blue collar industries
• Communicate effectively with both candidates and clients
• Maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline
