Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or labour hire, ideally blue-collar.
• Previous leadership or team management experience.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Results-driven mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
• Oversee day to day recruitment operations, ensuring efficient delivery and exceptional service.
• Drive high volume recruitment across blue-collar industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, recruitment activity and key business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, candidate pipelines and continuous process improvements.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
