AWX is seeking an Account Manager in Brisbane to manage existing client portfolios across construction, civil, labourer, and outdoor sectors. You will focus on growing accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, and strengthening long-term relationships to boost market presence.

Ideal candidates have experience in Sales, Recruitment or Account Management, with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management.
• Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and understand workforce needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and good decision making.
• Recruit high volumes of candidates within blue-collar industries.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
• Maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline.
