In this role you will focus on servicing clients in construction, civil, labourer, and outdoor sectors, while building a strong candidate pipeline and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of loyal existing clients.

• Recruit high volumes of candidates within blue collar industries.
• Communicate effectively with both candidates and clients.
• Maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline.

The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth and increased demand from our clients across the construction, civil, labourer, and outdoor industries, we have an exciting opportunity for a Account Manager within these sectors, in Brisbane. This role is ideal for an experienced Account Manager ready to take the next step looking for a new challenge. You will focus on managing existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and strengthening long term relationships to increase our market presence.
