Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Assistant Account Director to oversee the delivery of services and drive client satisfaction across key accounts. The role emphasizes maintaining strong client relationships and managing sales within customer groups.

You will collaborate with the Account Director to lead account teams, negotiate contracts to maximize profit, and ensure service levels align with client objectives, including travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• 5+ years of facilities management or janitorial operations experience, including management of multiple sites, client relationships, budgets and large teams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with contract compliance and SLA management.
• Experience managing service contracts and ensuring regulatory compliance in facilities services.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day point of contact for accounts and client needs.
• Develop and manage client relationships to meet service levels.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize profit and oversee budgets with Account Director.
• Meet client deadlines and ensure delivery of services across sites.
• Forecast sales results, prepare monthly/quarterly portfolio reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with site managers to implement innovative vendor programs and compliance actions.
