Buck Sydney is seeking a senior Client Services Lead to steward enterprise client relationships across multiple workstreams, translating business needs into strategic partnerships and ensuring top‑tier service. You will collaborate with Client Service Directors, Creative Directors, Producers, and Senior Stakeholders to build trusted relationships and deliver successful outcomes.

• Fluent in Business English.
• 8-12 years of account management or client success experience in design/animation/creative production.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust across stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication translating feedback into clear direction.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
• Comfortable working with clients across different time zones and cultures.
• Familiarity with creative production workflows (design, 2D/3D animation, motion graphics).

Responsabilidades

• Own primary client relationships and lead day-to-day relationship management across multiple workstreams.
• Be the trusted partner for clients, managing feedback, expectations and communication.
• Ensure clarity, trust, and alignment between client teams and BUCK at all stages.
• Guide clients through the creative process with context, rationale and strategic recommendations.
• Support brand, strategy and messaging cohesion across all client projects.
• Understand client needs and translate them into BUCK capabilities and growth opportunities.
• Drive client retention and opportunities to renew or expand engagements.
• Facilitate cross‑time‑zone collaboration and proactive risk mitigation with production teams.
• Mentor CS Managers and collaborate with Directors to implement best practices.
