Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications.
• 6+ years in media, marketing or advertising roles managing client portfolios and strategic initiatives.
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated media strategies and leading organizational change.
• Strong ability to build and maintain C-level relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Experience with resource planning, profitability analysis, and process standardisation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large, complex client accounts' strategic planning, growth initiatives, and delivery.
• Lead formulation and execution of the AUNZ media strategy across teams.
• Build a cohesive, motivated team environment with training and mentorship.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead on AI adoption and manage resourcing, delivery, and financial management.
