Job summary

DXC Technology in Canberra is seeking an Account Business Manager to coordinate governance and the commercial performance of a client portfolio. You will link Finance, Sales, Delivery and PMO to drive governance, provide visibility of account performance and strengthen commercial outcomes.

With 5+ years in account or commercial management within complex IT services, you will handle pricing changes, renewals and contract variations while building strong client relationships and guiding successful

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in account management, commercial management, contract management, PMO, finance or business operations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with understanding of P&L, revenue, cash flow and margin management.
• Experience interpreting contractual obligations and coordinating pricing changes, renewals, variations or change control.

Responsibilities

• Governance and account operations across multiple contracts, tracking performance and ensuring commitments are met.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Delivery and PMO; resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Drive account financial performance including revenue forecasts, budgets, invoicing, collections and margin management.
• Support account planning, budgeting and performance reviews with clear insights into financial and operational results.
• Support sales pursuits, renewals, proposals and transitioning new work into delivery; coordinate pipeline visibility.
