DXC Technology in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives within the Insurance Software and BPS division.

You will own end-to-end delivery, develop plans and budgets, govern with stage gates and steering committees, manage risks, and coordinate multi-workstream teams across geographies to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in senior project management delivering large-scale transformation, technology, regulatory, or compliance projects.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream projects within enterprise environments.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget and to-quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams.
• Apply structured project governance frameworks including stage gates, steering committees, and reporting cadences.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and actuals, providing regular financial reporting to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, vendors, and distributed teams.
• Prepare and deliver clear project status updates, board papers, and executive reporting.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams including internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project delivery.
