DXC Technology in Canberra is seeking a Senior Commercial & Account Operations Manager to lead commercial and operational management for a client portfolio, partnering with the Client Partner, Client Success Manager and broader account leadership to ensure governance and strong financial outcomes.

You will coordinate across Finance, Sales, Delivery and PMO, manage competing priorities, resolve issues, support forecasts, pricing reviews and contract changes, and help transition new work into

Formación

• A university qualification in Business, IT, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years’ experience in account management, commercial management, contract management, PMO, finance or business operations, ideally within complex IT services or managed services environments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including an understanding of P&L, revenue and cost forecasting, cash flow, invoicing and margin management.
• Experience working with contracts, including interpreting contractual obligations and coordinating pricing changes, renewals or change control.
• Strong governance, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive actions through to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across functions and engage with clients on operational and commercial matters.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits, opportunity management or the transition of new work into delivery will be advantageous.
• The ability to build relationships, navigate complex stakeholder environments and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Governance and Account Operations: Coordinate account governance, reporting, reviews and performance tracking across multiple contracts.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; act as a key contact for account operational and commercial matters.
• Financial and Commercial Management: Support account financial performance including revenue and cost forecasting, budgets, cash flow, invoicing, collections and margin management.
• Strategy, Planning and Performance: Support account planning, budgeting and performance reviews; track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Growth, Sales and Deal Support: Support sales pursuits, renewals, proposals and opportunity management; coordinate transition of signed deals into delivery.
