Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an Account Director to join the DXC Practice for Oracle, based in Sydney or Brisbane. You will lead sales across the Oracle Stack—Applications, Technology and DB—delivering Oracle Cloud solutions to ANZ's largest customers.

You will define account and go-to-market strategies, manage end-to-end sales, forecast revenue in Salesforce, and collaborate with delivery teams to maximize value and renewals. A proven track record in IT services sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mid-market or LE software sales (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS) with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce or Microsoft exposure.
• Proven track record in new business sales and account development.
• Strong relationships with internal teams, partners and customers; Oracle Stack knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define account and go-to-market strategies to drive customer success and revenue.
• Sell Oracle Stack projects, licenses and managed services including SaaS/PaaS/IaaS and on-premise.
• Manage end-to-end sales process with emphasis on new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop pipeline via existing customers, warm leads, cold calls and campaigns.
• Forecast revenue monthly using Salesforce and coordinate with delivery teams to maximize value.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Licensing, executives, partners to support sales cycles.
