Introduction: HMPS Propac is looking for a Stores Coordinator to join our Adelaide team. This is a hands‑on role responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of our Propac store and Vertical Storage System (VSS). You will play an important role in making sure parts and materials are received, stored, picked, kitted and dispatched accurately and on time to support production, spare parts and customer orders. Working closely with the Machining and Stores Manager, you will coordinate the daily flow of stores activities, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate freight and supplier follow-up, and help ensure the store operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Storeperson, Stores Coordinator or Warehouse professional who enjoys being hands‑on while also taking ownership of inventory, systems and processes.
