HMPS Propac is seeking a Service and Parts Coordinator in Adelaide to manage parts orders, sales orders, and invoicing, ensuring smooth service operations from customer contact to job close-out. You will work with technicians, stores, and customers to source parts and track service jobs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage parts orders end-to-end, from enquiry and sourcing through to dispatch.
• Raise and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Prepare and issue invoices, making sure all work and parts are captured correctly.
• Support quotation preparation and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Track service jobs through to completion and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate service requests and manage communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold strong process discipline across the team.
