Job summary

Optus in Perth's Murray Street store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who is supportive, driven and people‑focused to lead a team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

As Second in Charge, you will develop the store culture, drive performance and contribute to its success by coaching and mentoring staff, managing daily operations and guiding on customer interactions with confidence.
