Job summary

lululemon Mosman is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, oversee product operations and inventory, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will lead floor and back-of-house operations, coordinate with leadership, and contribute to hiring, coaching, and performance feedback while maintaining stock accuracy and product presentation. This role offers a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Ensure execution of omnichannel programs (e.g., ship from store), according to company standards.
• Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.
• Lead from and move dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the operational business, team and guests.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for the guest.
• Bring our product stories to life on the floor to support an optimal guest experience.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
• Address team member performance and support their ongoing learning and development by providing direct feedback and in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
