Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team in delivering the product strategy and managing inventory across floor and back of house. You will influence hiring, coach Educators, and ensure a world-class guest experience when on the sales floor.

The role requires leading inventory shifts, overseeing BOH operations, and maintaining stocked, organized areas while supporting store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail, logistics, or related fields.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Ensure execution of omnichannel programs (ship from store) according to company standards.
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift atmosphere.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill operational needs for guests and team.
