Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to partner with the Store Manager in delivering smooth store performance and guest experience in Sydney. You will manage financials, P&L, budgets, expenses, and cash, lead operations projects, and ensure inventory, vendor relationships, tech and facilities are maintained.

You will write weekly schedules, supervise the floor, and handle payroll and time-off approvals while ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours and projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's country and able to travel to assigned store.
• Retail or sales management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager's Operations strategy and cascade to team members.
• Plan, prepare, and manage team member schedules considering labor, inventory deliveries, and budget.
• Manage budget and analyze P&L, expenses, and other business data to inform planning.
• Monitor progress against financial goals to evaluate sales and inform strategy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure efficient product operations.
• Oversee omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store) per standards.
• Execute company-level operations directives and initiatives.
• Lead and foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and handle payroll-related tasks.
