lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will drive the store's product strategy, oversee product operations and inventory management, and lead stock movements to ensure the floor and back-of-house are stocked and organized.

You will influence team performance and support Educators while delivering a world‑class guest experience. You will collaborate with leadership to execute omnichannel programs, monitor sell-through data, and communicate insights

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Manage omnichannel programs (ship from store) per company standards.
• Engage team members to foster a fun, productive inventory-focused shift.
• Move on the floor to assess needs of the operation, team and guests.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily data to inform actions and drive business results.
• Present product stories on the floor to enhance guest experience.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of team members.
