Job summary

lululemon in Sydney is seeking a Product Operations Lead to execute the store product strategy, manage product operations and inventory, and ensure both floor and back-of-house are stocked and organized.

You will lead inventory shifts, influence hiring decisions, coach Educators, and deliver a world-class guest experience when on the floor. This role blends operational excellence with people leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Ensure execution of omnichannel programs (e.g., SFS) according to company standards.
• Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the operational business, team and guests.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability for the guest.
