Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to support store leadership in delivering a smooth, guest-focused experience. You will manage budgets, payroll, schedules, and vendor relationships while driving operational initiatives and inventory accuracy.

You will lead on-floor activities, ensure a high-quality guest experience, and collaborate with a diverse team to meet store goals and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations strategy and cascade to team members using your independent judgment.
• Plan, prepare, and manage team member schedules, considering labor, safety, inventory deliveries, and budget.
• Manage the budget and analyze financial data (P&L, expenses) to inform planning and drive results.
• Monitor progress against financial goals to evaluate sales and inform pricing targets for outlets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure efficient product operations staffing.
• Oversee omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store) per company standards.
• Execute operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment with diverse staff.
• Perform payroll updates, approve time off, shifts, and transfers accurately.
• Lead on the floor to respond to business needs and mentor the team.
• Inform leadership about growth needs to build a strong, diverse team.
• Oversee inventory receiving and processing to sustain excellence.
