Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations in Adelaide to lead store operations, manage schedules, and oversee P&L and budget responsibilities. You will ensure inventory integrity, vendor relationships, and a high-quality guest experience while supporting payroll and staffing decisions.

The role requires at least 1 year of operations/administration experience, willingness to travel to the store, and legal eligibility to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and managing designated labor hours and projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager’s Operations strategy and cascade to team members.
• Plan and manage team member schedules considering labor, safety, inventory deliveries, and budget.
• Monitor budgets and analyse data (P&L, expenses) to inform planning and drive results.
• Lead on-floor operations to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient product operations.
• Oversee payroll, time-off approvals, and job changes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and support diverse perspectives.
