Job summary

lululemon seeks a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team and deliver world‑class guest experiences across our Western Australia store.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will hire and develop people, shape store culture, drive operations, product strategy and community relationships to grow the business.

This leadership role requires inclusivity, results‑oriented thinking, and willingness to travel to support store operations and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience leading teams
• Proven ability to drive guest experience and store performance
• Strong collaboration with community partners and ambassadors
• Strategic planning, budgeting, and retail operations knowledge
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain talent

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an inclusive store culture and strong team environment
• Set the store vision, translate into action for all team members
• Oversee talent strategy: hiring, onboarding, succession planning, engagement
• Lead guest experience on the floor and coach team to close gaps
• Build brand awareness through community partnerships and events
• Manage store merchandising, product strategy, and stock, including budgets and P&L
• Drive quarterly/seasonal planning, labor planning, and training initiatives
• Ensure safety policies and compliant operations across the store
• Mentor and supervise store leadership to overall store success
• Maintain relationships with local ambassadors and community influencers
