Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations on the Sunshine Coast to lead store operations and guest experience. You will manage budgets, payroll, schedules, inventory, and vendor relations while driving store initiatives and people development.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will craft weekly schedules, monitor KPIs, and foster an inclusive, high-energy team culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and managing labor hours.
• Experience with payroll processes and payroll approvals.
• Ability to manage budgets, expenses and vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations strategy and cascade to team members.
• Plan, prepare, and manage team member schedules based on labor, safety, inventory, and budget needs.
• Manage budget and analyze financial data (P&L, expenses) to inform planning and drive results.
• Monitor progress against financial goals to evaluate sales and inform pricing targets.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and ensure efficient receiving and processing of stock.
• Lead on floor to support business needs and guest experience.
