Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year people-management experience.
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor management.
• Retail management experience is preferred; leadership in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the talent strategy including hiring, onboarding and engagement initiatives to build a diverse team.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and cultivate community relationships.
• Oversee store P&L, budget, sales targets and inventory controls.
• Plan quarterly/seasonal store strategies with budget and labor considerations.
