Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Store Manager in Sydney to lead all aspects of store performance, ensuring a world-class guest experience while driving people, product, and community initiatives. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will hire, develop, and coach the team to build a culture of inclusion and high performance.

The role emphasizes end-to-end store leadership, quarterly planning, inventory control, and delivering sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including experience with retail scheduling and management of labor hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse, inclusive store team with a vision for the store based on key metrics.
• Drive guest experience on the sales floor through product education and coaching of team members.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control in alignment with brand standards.
• Plan quarterly and seasonal store strategies, budgets, and labor, including recruiting and training.
• Manage whole store profit and loss in line with goals (sales, budget).
• Ensure safety policies are followed and compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
