Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and managing projects.
• Full-time position with 38 hours per week; schedule varies by store needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
• Education: High school diploma, or equivalent, or above.
• 1 year retail or sales management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations strategy and cascade to team members.
• Plan, prepare, and manage team member schedules, considering labor, inventory deliveries, and budget.
• Manage the budget and analyze data (P&L, expenses) to inform planning.
• Monitor progress against financial goals to inform pricing targets.
• Sustain operational excellence by ensuring inventory accuracy and scheduling.
• Oversee omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).
• Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiatives.
• Create and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Perform payroll-related actions and approve time off and shifts.
• Lead from the floor to assess needs of business, team, and guests.
• Inform leaders of projected team growth based on trends.
• Monitor product levels and inventory receiving.
