lululemon Sunshine Plaza is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure store performance, oversee scheduling, inventory, and guest experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll manage budgets, payroll, and vendor relationships while leading a team to deliver strong results and a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business operations and administration.
• Scheduling and management of designated labor hours.
• Strong understanding of budgets, P&L, and store metrics.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations strategy and cascade to team members.
• Plan, prepare, and manage team member schedules and labor requirements.
• Manage the budget and analyze store data to inform planning and drive results.
• Monitor progress against financial goals and inform pricing targets for outlets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure efficient product operations.
• Lead omnichannel programs (buy online, ship from store) per standards.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and handle payroll-related tasks.
