ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join our Sydney store leadership team. The role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency through strong inventory management, stock control, and floor execution.

You will lead a team, coach staff, and collaborate with Visual and Operations managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The position requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor, managing shipments, replenishment, and store standards, with a proactive approach to safety and guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client‑facing, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 15 kg and stand long hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead & coach to profitability and efficiency.
• Manage inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, replenishment and floor set updates.
• Collaborate with Visual and Operations teams to meet KPIs.
