Job summary

Alo is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead and optimize store operations across Australia and New Zealand. This on-site role in Sydney focuses on translating global retail models to local markets, driving efficiency, and scaling new formats with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with Logistics, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution, KPIs, and effective rollout of initiatives across ANZ while upholding Alo brand standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-country retail operations management, with regional execution focus.
• Proven project management skills with detailed timelines.
• Willingness to travel to stores across ANZ and to LA HQ when needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate and scale global retail models across Australia and NZ.
• Identify local adaptations to global systems and tools.
• Develop market-specific operating processes and solutions for ANZ.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Asset Protection, Planning & Allocation, Buying, Technology, Merchandising, and Marketing to optimize outcomes.
• Measure KPIs and provide insights to regional/global leadership.
