ALO is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Leadership Team in Australia. The role focuses on inventory management, labor planning and scheduling, and ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times.

You will lead a team across Operations, People, and Flow Experience to uphold ALO’s standards and drive efficient store performance. The role requires coordinating with the General Manager, managing budgets and business data, and planning for peak periods including weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort with inventory control and scheduling processes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes on the sales floor.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with leadership to address gaps.
• Champion operational standards using business performance data.
• Support sell-through by ensuring accurate inventory counts and efficient labor scheduling.
• Lead and develop the Operations team and ensure a safe work environment.
