Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Manager to join the store leadership team in Australia. The role focuses on operational strategy, inventory control, labor planning, and ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times.

The candidate will lead teams, drive efficiency, and uphold ALO’s standards while collaborating with the General Manager on budget, reporting, and planning. Physical duties and rotating weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 10-15KG.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the Manager to escalate gaps.
• Champion strong Operational standards for the salesfloor using data.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory counts and coordinating labor hours.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation.
• Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager and monitor budgets.
• Future planning to protect optimal performance.
• Lead the Operations team with coaching and talent development.
