Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a store supervisor to lead the Customer Experience, store operations, training, employee management, visual merchandising and asset protection. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume all managerial duties and drive sales to meet profit goals.

You will coach and motivate your team, ensure high customer satisfaction through product knowledge, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional service, merchandising, and omni-channel retail execution.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership in a customer-facing sales role.
• Confident in engaging customers to deliver elevated experiences.
• Motivated by helping customers and knowledge of athletic products.
• Able to adapt in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• Initiates tasks without supervision.
• Strong analytical and financial-awareness skills.
• Demonstrates high ethics, integrity and trust.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
