Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead our Erina store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales targets.

You’ll coach and motivate a small team, partner with the Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success, and run a smooth operation without compromising service. This is a fast-paced, growth-minded role in a supportive, down-to-earth culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum store management experience in optics or retail at a Senior Store Manager level.
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; otherwise supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar is encouraged.
• Strong leadership, motivation and development of others.

What we’re looking for

• ProvenStore Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level(or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
