• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or Senior Retail Leader.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

• Experience in fashion, premium retail, lifestyle or customer-focused environments.
• Strong commercial capability with ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience managing rostering, stock management and compliance.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Chatswood store and maximising performance through inspiring leadership, commercial capability, operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences. As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind your team's success - setting the standard, creating a positive culture and ensuring the store consistently achieves strong sales results and operational excellence. This role requires an experienced hands-on leader who understands how to motivate teams, improve performance and create a premium retail environment that customers love.
