Frontline Recruitment Group – Rouse Hill NSW is seeking a confident Store Manager to lead a brand-new fashion retail store. You'll drive sales, coach a team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience from day one.

You have 2+ years in store management, a passion for fashion and customer service, and a track record of meeting KPIs. The role is full-time, on-site, with progression and a strong leadership team.

Are you a confident retail leader with a passion for fashion, people and delivering results? This leading Australian womenswear brand is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a brand-new store in Rouse Hill. This is an exciting opportunity to build a team, establish a strong store culture and make your mark from day one.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's performance, team and customer experience. You'll lead by example, develop a high-performing team and drive commercial results across all areas of the business.

This is a Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday role.

What You'll Be Responsible For
