Job summary

Frontline Retail South Australia is seeking an experienced retail leader to join the management team and support the Store Manager in driving the performance of a busy department. This hands-on role balances people leadership with stock management, visual presentation and promotional activity on the shop floor.

You will lead a team, coach for strong customer service and commercial results, manage high stock volumes, and drive KPI performance while maintaining stock integrity and department

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Experience with visual merchandising and maintaining retail presentation standards.
• Ability to work in high-volume stock environments and maintain stock integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and department.
• Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver strong customer service and commercial results.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards department KPIs.
• Take ownership of stock flow, recovery and inventory standards.
• Manage high volumes of stock while maintaining an organised and efficient department.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
• Support the planning and execution of catalogue campaigns and promotional activity.
• Implement initiatives that improve stock integrity and department profitability.
• Lead by example and remain actively involved on the shop floor.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and customer experience.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced retail leader to join the management team and support the Store Manager in driving the performance of a busy department. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team and taking ownership of their department. You'll balance people leadership with the practical side of retail, including stock management, visual presentation, promotional activity and commercial performance.
