Universal Store is seeking a passionate retail leader to step into the Store Manager role. You’ll drive day-to-day store operations, lead a medium to large team, and deliver standout customer experiences in a fast-paced youth fashion environment.

Based on a Tuesday–Saturday roster with late-night trade, you’ll coach for performance, optimise rostering and budgets, and uphold the brand values that make Universal Store a great place to work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager leading medium to large teams.
• Strong retail background with hands-on shop floor and stockroom experience.
• Energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Detail-oriented with understanding of retail profitability.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Confident in giving feedback at all levels.
