Job summary

T2 Tea is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant retail team in NSW. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, rostering, merchandising, deliveries and stock, while embedding the T2 Values and driving exceptional customer service.

You will inspire, coach and develop your team, achieve budgeted sales and wage targets, and ensure compliance with company policies. Sundays and Mondays off provide a unique work pattern within a dynamic, fragrance-filled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and store operations.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Customer-focused with a drive for achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including rostering, visual merchandising, deliveries and stock management.
• Lead and embed a culture aligned with T2 Values to build an engaged team.
• Drive exceptional customer service to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve budgeted sales and wage targets and manage controllable costs.
• Ensure compliance with T2 policies and guidelines from the Line Manager and Support Office.
• Identify development needs and coach the team for future succession.
